PTFE Tape Production Line

PTFE tape production line  is composed of a series of discontinuous equipment. Due to the special characteristics of PTFE thread tape products, from PTFE powder raw materials to finished PTFE tapes, the whole production process of PTFE tape has no chemical change, the whole process is physical change only.

The main complete PTFE tape making machine is as follows (according to the production process)

Vibrating Screen Machine, Mixer Machine, Oven, Preform Machine, Hydraulic Pressing Machine, Insulated Bucket, Calender Machine, De-oiling Machine, Stretching Machine, Slitting Machine, Rewinding Machine, Curved Screen Printing Machine, Flat Pad Printing Machine, Packaging Machine.

In order to have continuity in the production process, the functions of some of the above PTFE tape machines can be combined into one, such as De-oiling and Stretching Machine (2 in 1); Stretching Machine and Slitting Machine (2 in 1); De-oiling and Stretching Machine and Slitting Machine (3 in 1); Slitting Machine and Rewinding Machine (2 in 1). The specific choice of which type of machine and equipment needs to be based on the user’s actual needs.
